To all involved at the SEC: I am urging the SEC to NOT allow the NYSE to list “Natural Asset Companies” or NACs, pursuant to File No. SR-NYSE-2023-09. This whole idea is an incredible power grab that must be stopped immediately. Your organization was created to help provide protection to US citizens from unscrupulous companies. The idea of Natural Asset Companies represents a new high in corporate malfeasance and abuse of citizens. This concept must not only be stopped it must be slammed so hard that no one will ever suggest the idea again. As citizens we cannot allow corporations to strip away our individual access to land, air, and other natural resources. Individual stewards have always shown a higher degree of care when compared to corporate entities. The proposed structure would essentially destroy individual access and stewardship of natural resources. Please reject the concept of Natural Asset Companies with such a powerful response that it will never see the light of day now or ever. Thanks, Dennis Stewart
