Please stop this proposed rule change. This has the potential to be very detrimental to the citizens of this country, denying economic opportunities as well as recreational opportunities. Our public lands are intended to be available to all our citizens for a variety of purposes, from grazing to mining, hiking, and camping. This rule change has the potential to negatively impact, or completely end, all these activities and more. Please do not allow this rule change! Thank you for your consideration.
