Stop this action. Do not do this. The use or not any use of our public lands should never be opened to non citizens. There should not be any stock market products issued!! This land is for only citizens use. By making it a financial vehicle rather than an actual physical product produced our country is now open to foreigners getting rich from our land and it stops citizens from using it for our country’s benefit. It is a huge security risk. Stop this action.
