To whom it may concern, I would like to tell you that I think SR-NYSE-2023-09 is not in the best interest of the United States. I don't think having private investors on the stock exchange having control of our natural resources is a good idea at all. I realize that there are safeguards supposedly in place but cheaters cheat and criminals don't follow the law.
