Senators, As the chairman of the Otero County Commission in New Mexico, I am writing to you to STRONGLY oppose SR-NYSE-2023-09. The Natural Asset Companies would devastate private property ownership in the United States. This would also negatively affect the economy of my county in New Mexico.
