“To all of those who are behind this draconian NAC scheme, please stop and desist at once! NACs will allow assets such as our National Parks and other state and federal resources, as well as conservation easements on private lands, to be enrolled and used for their own private profit. They will create a new investment stream for the wealthy elite. Investors in the NACs can also be foreign adversaries who would benefit from preventing Americans from using our natural resources and stopping essential activities such as farming, grazing, and energy extraction.
