SR-NYSE-2023-09 Is an incredibly stupid idea. Forming NACs serves no useful purpose and will only put further limits on how our nation’s natural resources can be utilized and developed. Not to mention it will allow foreign adversaries to own/ control American land and resources. End this nonsense now!
