This appears to be a scheme to tie up federal, state and privately-owned land by “Natural Asset Companies” with a few people making decisions about a management plan for lands they know nothing about. It gives a few people power over the future of agriculture and our rural communities with a few also making money, I’m sure. I urge the Commission to Disapprove the Proposed Rule Change To Amend the NYSE Listed Company Manual To Adopt Listing Standards for Natural Asset Companies.
