Harriet Hageman makes strong points in her recent email today that the current SEC proposal lacks oversight among other issues, and, even worse, may allow China and Russia to gain control of OUR country's natural resources - a huge imbalance of power here with little or no attention to what we truly need in the U.S. and its territories, not to mention our friendly neighbor countries (Canada and Mexico).
