I am urging the Commission not to adopt SR-NYSE-2023-09, that would adopt standards for Natural Asset Companies. I feel this leads to far too great a control of our true natural assets by companies, that would use that control to shut down other aspects of industry. It puts far too much control over both natural areas, and manufacturing into the hands of a few. Thank you for your consideration, ---> Kendall Gelner
