To Whom It May Concern,

Please be advised that I am very concerned regarding the proposed rule that would allow Natural Asset Corporations to be traded on the New York Stock Exchange. As a resident of Idaho, our state already has enough of a problem with agricultural land being lost through sales to developers, corporations, and other states and countries for profit. There is no consideration of where our food will come from as the population increases.

As a citizen of the United States, there is the additional concern that so much of our agricultural and common land overall is being lost and sold to not only foreign countries and corporations, but to countries which potentially have ill intentions toward the United States. Additionally, this rule will further the ESG agenda, which our country should be opposing, not aiding and abetting. Shame on the SEC for even considering this. Please consider the needs of this country, rather than the selfish needs of corporations and our current administration.

Thank you for considering my position, along with the hundreds of others who have posted their opposition to this proposed rule.

Sincerely,

Joanne Macomber
