Please do not accept the proposal by the SEC and the NYSE to create a new type of asset companies (NAC), known as a “Natural Asset Company.” These types of companies and not good for America. They will severely restrict our private and public property rights. This will also seriously curtail or stop our grazing rights, mineral rights, water rights, hunting, modern agriculture (our food supply), and recreational rights. Your job is to protect the American people. The forming of such companies will also give foreign nations, often hostel to the USA, rights over our citizens public and private lands.
