Re: Notice of Filing of Proposed Rule Change to Amend the NYSE Listed Company Manual to Adopt Listing Standards for Natural Asset Companies; SR-NYSE-2023-09 Securities Exchange Act Release No.98879-88FR708075 Respectfully submitted to the NYSE, For the record, I am registering my opposition of any implementation of this NAC proposal and further, urging that no federal funds be used to support NAC nor federal lands nor resources be made available to them. Wall Street investors must not be given “rights” of infringement on lands, air, water, or public lands. Property rights are begotten by personal effort and sweat of the brow for many, generations of devotion laid in care and stewardship of our lands and families already stretched, I might add, from onerous tactics and already, the heavy hand of regulation.
