To Whom This May Concern: I have just learned of this disastrous rule which would eliminate the voice of Wyoming taxpayers from having any say in our own land that we pay taxes on use as a community. Giving people outside of our community who have no vested interest in Wyoming or Wyomingites is just another form of tyranny. We are fully capable of managing our land without the loud voices of activists (who really have no clue about what's happening in our state) and companies (possibly foreign) to tell us how we should manage our land. This would also take money outside of our state and potentially outside of the United States that could have benefited our communities, many which are already struggling under crippling legislation and inflation. Also, representatives from hostile countries could potentially have access to land near our military bases as well as access to our communities, which is not okay. The potential hotspot of illegal activity is terrifying and should also be considered as a potential national securty threat. Please. Just stop. Thank you.
