Release No. 34-98665

I oppose the proposed rule change to adopt listing standards for Natural Asset Companies.
The intention for the creation of NACs is fundamentally flawed.
The proposal assumes the only motive for businesses is profit, at the expense of nature, WE THE PEOPLE, & our Constitutional Rights to the land WE own.
"Natural assets”, “ecosystem services”, and “community well-being” are not tangible
assets that can be easily valued, especially by those who have for-profit goals, instead of God-Given-Rights as a priority (the later being on which this Country was founded). Their value is, and will continue to be, highly subjective.
This makes these investments targets for fraud & corruption.
In addition, a single natural disaster, government mandate or policy (flood, hurricane, drought, wildfire, crop disease, bioweapon outbreak, increase of illegal aliens, etc.) could leave large amounts of assets vulnerable to destruction.
This proposed rule change also threatens National Security as NAC's could be traded on the NYSE & bought by foreign bidders, who most likely do not have American Values or Constitutional Law at the top of their priorities.
Hiding this proposed rule change & trying to get it passed right before Christmas 2023, while many are out of office, is a cheap & sneaky way to get an unconstitutional rule changed, that further highlights & exposes the UnAmerican & corrupt policy changes that are trying to be forced through.

Thank you,
