I am writing to oppose the proposed Rule SR-NYSE-2023-09, creation of Natural Asset Companies that will be used to sell off and sell out America and American’s property rights. A citizen’s property rights is a fundamental freedom, not to be legislated away by government. Even worse, the land rights may fall into the hands of hostile foreign powers, communist China, Russia, Iran. Unthinkable ! I urge the Commission to extend the comment period or reject this rule outright. Sincerely, Shirley Perez
