As a representative of the unvoiced majority, we heretofore outright reject the proposed Rule SR-NYSE-2023-09 and implore the commission to do the same. United States waters, public lands nor air should be sold to private entities. It would unconstitutionally restrict American's rights to private property and other freedoms, including but not limited to, the enjoyment of public lands, water and air. Do not impose Natural Asset Companies on our free nation's natural assets and undermine our nation's sovereignty. -Anonymous majority
