I am writing about the proposed rule change SR-NYSE-2023-09. I strongly disapprove of this proposal. Use of property is at the discretion of the landowner, as long as that use does not effect others. Use of private property should not be controlled anymore than it is by the government. This is a Constitutional Republic and is a free nation.
