I have concerns regarding this new entity and the purpose for its creation. 1. Using a subjective definition of assets and a creation of a new accounting method is to control natural resources and agriculture is not based in reality. 2. The connection between the entity and political drivers is a national security risk. (Food sources and preservation should not be subject to political winds and deep pockets). 3. References to an international organization as the basis for the need to control agriculture and natural resources demonstrates a lack of understanding in US sovereignty and due process rights.
