NO! This is destruction of private property rights! This is selling out America to the highest bidder! In the name of environmental protection, this is a massive land grab, sovereign control given to potential enemies, tyranny by the richest and most powerful! This is immoral, ungodly, anti-American, unconstitutional, theft of our national resources, control of farming and private ownership practices by fiat! No! No! No! I know what’s best for my land, not Wall Street! Do not do this to the citizens of our nation! Do not do this to the stewards of private land interests! And if you do……. Shame on you!!! And may all those entities now pay ALL our property taxes! An American citizen that worked all my life to own a small piece of land and resents that some company will trade my assets, benefit from and rule over my practices.
