I was just notified that a rule is being put in place to allow natural asset companies to hold the rights of federal lands, national parks, land trusts, and natural habitats within the United States as well as the state of Washington where I reside. The authorization of title transfer of natural lands as well as land trusts is allotted to the registered landowners and not investors of an intrinsic exchange group. This rule is an unconstitutional bypass of the registration of landowners and federal lands and it threatens national security of the United States as well as its citizens. I ask that this rule not be carried out and note that these groups have no purpose for these lands but to take over for personal gain with no mutual exchange of securities to other investors. This is a power grab as well as a benefit of eminent domain for these exchange groups. Please do not allow this rule to be carried out. For the safety and security of this nation. Thank you.
