I am writing to provide feedback on proposed changes allowing for the privatization, commodification, and control of natural assets, including forests, water, minerals, etc. According to subject matter experts on the proposed change this would provide the mechanism to hostile foreign companies to take over the resources of our country and lead us into a full digital ID to access our resources. This would effectively diminish our quality of life and threatens to implement authoritarian controls and expenses to all of us in the United States. I vehemently object to this proposal and request that my objection be recorded accordingly. Thank you, Theresa Bauer
