I agree with Marlo Oaks, State Treasurer of Utah that "The SEC's job is to protect investors and promote capital formation. The proposal of NACs will jeopardize national security and the constitutional rights of liberty and pursuit of happiness guaranteed by the constitution of many US citizens. This action does not serve we the people
