Dear Sirs, I just wanted to express my opposition to allowing “Natural Asset Companies” to be listed on the NYSE or any regulated exchange for that matter. The biggest problem I have with this is creating the ability for foreign entities to be able to control US natural assets to the exclusion of US citizens and potentially have a devastating impact on the productivity of America. They talk about using a different type of accounting system but yet want to be able to sell to non-accredited investors. These two do not go hand in hand. Please do not approve SR-NYSE-2023-09.
