I strongly oppose the rule that would allow the publicly traded class of National Asset Companies (NACs). As a private and active citizen I consider this to be abuse of constituents at a level that approaches direct betrayal. I find it cowardly and revealing to attempt this change over the Christmas holiday. I have registered my objections to this move throughout my social and professional circles, and my own sense of being betrayed by this rule is tame by comparison.
