I am very much opposed to the proposal to create Natural Asset companies (NAC). This is an existential threat to our national security and an overreach of federal power over constitutional states rights. In addition, this will threaten our nations ability to secure necessary resources in the future. DO NOT APPROVE the creation of NATURAL ASSET COMPANY, i.e. SR-NYSE-2023-09. Sincerely, Richard Yan
