I am 100% opposed to the proposal to create natural asset companies. This is an existential threat to national security, and an overreach a federal power over constitutional states rights. This also threatens our nations ability to secure necessary resources in the future. Do not approve this. ?Turning overland management to NACs in their investors, leaving local stakeholders, landowners, and land managers out of the decision-making process is not only impractical, but violates standing, law, and policy. ?Only Congress and state legislatures can assign management authority for their public lands.
