With the issuance of this proposed rule the SEC is approving the final step necessary to rob the American people of their property and natural rights. This is beyond evil. I can't believe it is even being considered. I'm sure China can't wait to buy up even more of our land and resources. They will love limiting our food and water. The UN and WEF are abhorrently corrupt and hypocritical. They are straight up evil. This proposal is terrible for America and people worldwide.
