Hello I am very strongly opposed to having the SEC impose any kind of regulations establishing "Natural Asset Companies" (NACs). The very idea that a government agency should be allowed or empowered to effectively control the use and ownership of resources owned by the people of the United States without involvement of duly elected representatives being allowed to represent their constituents is abhorrent to me. If I was to sum up my view on this matter in two words, it would be "gross over-reach." No action from this rule in any part should be pursued. Thank you. Harry House Alpine, Wyoming
