I am adamantly OPPOSED to File No. SR-NYSE-2023-09. The idea that a “Natural Asset Company” might take control of the United States’ public lands is wrong. This puts our public lands in any person’s or entity’s control, including foreign governments who may be hostile to the US. The stock market is in place for companies to create a profit for their shareholders. This is anathema to the stated aims of the Natural Asset Companies. American land is not for sale to make a profit for foreign investors at the sake of American livelihoods and well being. WE THE PEOPLE
