To whom it may concern I am strongly opposed to this proposed rule. A “Natural Asset Company” (NAC) is a contradictory concept. It is not in keeping with the purpose of creating companies and selling shares on a stock exchange. Regards, Chuck O’Leary COL Consulting www.col-consulting.com
