Private land owners applying to put their land under the control of a NAC would be taken advantage of by the NAC. Tear down your home because it's running on Propane Gas, tear out your septic system because it's degrading the quality. of the soil. Cease all farming efforts because your tractors are using Diesel fuel. What's the end result? Would land owners potentially not be allowed to step foot on their land? Would land owners who currently have an easement to enter their land via soon to be NAC land controlled land, be prohibited from entry under the provisions of the NAC? Would airlines no longer be able to fly their normal routes if flying above NAC land? This is so much more than a land play, this will eventually become a means to control the prices of food, natural gas, oil, and your ability to travel anywhere. The middle class will become extinct leaving behind nothing except the uber wealthy, us peasants, and clean air. I'll pass.
