As an American Citizen, I feel that this change could potentially lead to foreign countries and foreign companies controlling public lands and restricting the use for which they were created. I do not feel that these management companies would improve the public lands for which they are in control. I think owners have more of an interest and we the people are the owners of these public lands and I feel we can have done and will do a good job managing them in the future.
