Self-Regulatory Organizations; New York Stock Exchange LLC; Notice of Filing of Proposed Rule Change to Amend the NYSE Listed Company Manual to Adopt Listing Standards for Natural Asset Companies Release No. 34-98665; File No. SR-NYSE-2023-09 As a US citizen, I am vehemently OPPOSED to the SEC’s plan to allow the NYSE to list Natural Asset Companies (NACs) as a new type of company for public investors. It is clearly not in the best interest of citizens who OWN the natural resources, ranch land, farmland and forests. This policy would legislate and limit our ability to enjoy our public lands and produce food. This attempt at “back-door” policy making endangers our safety by putting us at the mercy of greedy climate activists and foreign bad actors. Vote NO on this plan.
