To Whom It May Concern, You can't go ahead with the above referenced proposed to create a NAC's and sell them to the highest bidder. Our national resources are not for sale! This could and would be used in nefarious ways by foreign entities and countries that wish to do the United States harm. These natural spaces are to be enjoyed and used by ALL Americans and restrict by the elite few. I will be spreading the word to everyone I know to make sure more Americans are aware of this proposal to prevent the theft of our nature and natural resources from being stolen from us.
