I am strongly opposed to this proposal to change this rule. It is blatantly a nod to the globalist agenda that will further push rural areas into non-existence by limiting their ability to manage their lands productively. I can see where multi-national companies will take advantage of this rule change from an investment strategy to reduce the USA's ability to be competitive as it relates to the use of its natural resources for the benefit of mankind. The insanity of this proposal, once the implications are understood, would certainly not be accepted by the majority of American citizens. Please reconsider making this proposal a reality.
