I believe the NAC proposal is a complete sellout from the SEC. They’re selling out private and public lands to the high financers and foreign governments, trying to make this through regulation which is illegal our government doing its best to sell out the citizens again. I’m sure Bill Gates and China, black rock, all appreciate the regulation. To take the federal lands and state land and dictate what goes on with them who can use them and who can’t use them is total BS. What the SEC is doing is giving ownership of the citizens land to multi million dollar corporations and foreign investors. I say no to NAC And probably the SEC should be abolished.
