We are a public equity investment firm and are highly supportive of Natural Asset Companies as an innovative new asset class for investors looking for both financial return and positive environmental and social impact. We believe NACs could open up a step-change in the amount of capital deployed towards environmental protection and the enhancement of diversity in a way that no other investment vehicle presents. We consider the design of NACs to be well thought out regarding the various stakeholder groups involved and sincerely hope they will become the new standard in environmental investing.
