Natural Assest Companys (NACs) will cause harm to our already struggling rural communities. Monetizing our rural clean, air and environment for outsider financial gain is outrageous. I respectfully ask you to disapprove to final rule on NACs or at the very least extend the comment period past the 21 days already given. Thank you for you consideration.
