Since this appears to have been very low key in notifying
all the stakeholders of the United Sates, especially those who depend
upon these public and "special" privately owned properties,
please extend the comment period to at least 90 days for
SR-NYSE-2023-09 - Notice of Filing of Proposed Rule Change to Amend
the NYSE Listed Company Manual to Adopt Listing Standards for Natural
Asset Companies.

This is just another example of the "money grubbers" who
know nothing about the management of natural lands and resources who
want to overtake the ownership and management of public lands for the
purpose of cashing in on what rightfully belongs to the citizens of
the United States of America. Though it be ever so small, I own a part
of it as a citizen, and it is not for sale. It is my birthright, and
somehow this action of monetizing public lands and associated
resources seems highly illegal to take what each of us legal citizens
owns and put it up for grabs on the stock exchange, especially to
foreign entities.
