I am against SR-NYSE-2024-02 as I know it would create a situation where control of Americas natural resources and lands would come under control of private entities and would impede private individuals and small companies ability to access American public resources and lands for recreation and business. Hence, SR-NYSE-20224-02 would allow foreign entities unparalleled control and use of American resources.
