This proposal would take from the American people and their elected representatives the ability to manage public and private lands and lock up the land in restrictive covenants. It allows foreign companies and individuals to tie up US land disadvantaging this country and giving advantage to a foreign country. The SEC should be ashamed of selling the country out.
