Neither the S.E.C. or the N .Y.S.E.C. havethe "right" to set a process for buying up our private or gov't owned land and become Natural Asset Companies, following rules devised by other than the original land owner! I am very happy to now see that these entities have now withdrawn these onerous propositions, following many negative comments by the public!
