I strongly oppose the proposed rule change to amend the NYSE-listed company manual to adopt listing standards for Natural Asset Companies. The rights to land, air & water of our country should never be owned by or sold to any foreign country, foreign or domestic company or individual regardless of the intended use or purpose. Likewise, any US citizen/company serving as a representative for a foreign country/company/individual should not be permitted to conduct any financial transaction that includes the purchase of or rights of ownership to any land, water or air of the United States of America or its territories. The American Stewards of Liberty group recognized that NACs are a direct threat to energy, mining, and agricultural production on land across America saying, “It is the fleecing of American’s property rights, consolidation of power, and transfer of wealth on an international scale.”
