I strongly oppose the SEC’s proposal to create NACs. How is it possible to consider allowing the monitoring, controlling and profiting of our sovereign United States property and resources by the federal government, questionable investors, and perhaps international extremist groups? The influx of NAC control would strip individual landowner rights and weaken our national integrity and security. This land belongs to the citizens of the United States of America. It is our inheritance and that of our children. No to NACs.
