I strongly oppose Rule SR-NYSE-2023-09 due to the fact that NACs will result in the intentional destruction of the United States of America. The idea of selling the country to avowed enemies, both foreign and domestic, surpasses all understanding. Consider how the "asset" will be valued and regulated, and the finite nature of the asset. Will eminent domain be implemented when the federal asset is exhausted, and it becomes necessary to acquire private property? This is unconstitutional, duplicitous and dangerous.
