Hello and I oppose SR-NYSE-2023-09 for the following reasons. This is not what the founding fathers of this country fought for. This is a private property rights issue that is under state jurisdiction. Places conservation defined to limit use to eco-tourism or regenerative food crops in direct competition with productive uses including grazing. NACs should not incentivize over active conservation. There is no legal authority to allow NACs to acquire interests in any Federal or public land. On BLM and USFS lands this would be in violation of multiple use principles. The proposed rule allows unlimited foreign investment in both public and private lands, This is a direct threat to our national interests. STOP selling your country! YOU live here too and eventually this will affect your family too.
