SR-NYSE-2023-09 I am in complete opposition to this proposed rule. This Nation was founded on the concept of freedom. The NACs are in direct opposition to this fact. This rule would destroy our rights as a nations and it violates property rights. This rule would place the United States in a precarious position should foreign entities, through the use of Natural Asset Corporations (NACs), purchase the ability to manage (control) our lands/resources. no no and no to this mad power grab.. Besides who in the world would think of something like this? the right to monetize air? grass? rain? This is a power and LAND grab plain and simple
