I absolutely oppose to SR-NYSE-2023-09 regarding Natural Asset Companies being publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange. It is clearly an attempt to circumvent the U.S. Constitution through a public/private partnership that allows foreign owners. This is a Ponzi scheme under the false dilemma of climate change that is designed to drive people and agriculture production off the public and private lands. This will drive many farmers and ranchers out of business and will lead to insecurity in our food supply. It will undermine our sovereignty and destroy liberty in America. Please do not allow this to be implemented.
