I oppose the proposed rule change to amend the NYSE-listed company manual to adopt standards for Natural Asset Companies. I oppose SR-NYSE-2023-09 because it gives NAC's control over the use of private lands. The rights of our land, air & water of our country should not be owned or sold to any other foreign country, company or individual regardless of the intended use. Any US citizen/company serving as a representative for a foreign country/company/individual should not be permitted to conduct any financial transaction that includes the purchase of or rights of ownership to any land, water or air of the United States of America or its territories.
